WESTERN WAGONS CHUCK WAGON RACING

WESTERN WAGONS CHUCK WAGON RACING

Shotgun Rodney Gaston has entertained fans across the country.  He is well known in the rodeo business and has been a PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) member since 1993.  Shotgun has had many accomplishments during his career.  He has had many animal acts, one of which included a brahma bull named “Doc Holliday”.  He ran the bull through a hoop of fire onto the top of a semi-truck.  He has also had roman riding ponies, which were a great clown act and a specialty act including his clown car.  He worked 30 to 40 rodeos a year until 2007, then slowed down.  He bought some land and a house.  After that he did about 1015 rodeos a year.  While doing a few less rodeos, he met his beautiful wife, Marnie Gaston and they now have 4 amazing kids.  They started a business together while Shotgun continued doing a few rodeos closer to home.  In 2015, he got into chuck wagon racing and decided to hit the rodeo trail again.  Be looking for  “Shotgun” Rodney Gaston and his chuck wagons at a town or city near you.
